More sick....

I'm still sick. But I swear my voice got a little better today, but it still needs more work.

Here are some pictures of our fish tank.

This is our Creamsicle molly.
This is our Gold Dust molly.

This is our Dalmatian molly. We bought her pregnant, and earlier this week she gave birth to I don't know how many fishes, but I only managed to find four. This is a picture of one of the babies. There seem to be a white one, black one, and two mixed ones. We'll have see what their colors are when they are much bigger. They look like little tadpoles; they are only a centimeter long, at most.

I couldn't get a picture of a little platy we got for free from the petshop. But, he looks like a blue mickey mouse, but his mickey mouse is very light. He is still young, so it may darken or change over time. Our old fish, the Gold Twin Bar platy was perfect when we first got him, but over a year he grew a reddish color to his fins.

Still sick

I'm still sick. I haven't been this sick in a long time. I have been getting better. I have lost my fever and my cough is much reduced. But I still have no voice and feel tired easy. I got a new anti-biotic, so hopefully that will improve me. The last anti-biotic did some improvement. So, next Monday I'll go back and see how I'm doing.

In other news, our fish had babies. But I didn't realize we had baby fish in the tank until I was gravel-vacuuming the tank during a water change, and I noticed something was not going up the vacuum tube. It was the baby fish trying to swim against the current of the gravel vacuum! So I used the net and got the baby out. I looked around the tank for other babies and ended up saving four babies in all. My wife went to the store and got a breeder net that separates the baby fish from the other fish in the tank and fish baby food.

I don't know what I'm going to do with the baby fish. They may not survive, but I felt like I should try. Maybe I could give them to a pet store to sell.

Sick Log, Supplemental

I am still sick. Went to a different doctor today. It is what happens when you don't have a PCP. This time I got a chest X-ray, and she (the doctor) thought I may have a touch of pneumonia. So she prescribed anti-biotics and a super cough syrup. I haven't been wheezing though. But I have noticed in the last day or so, after a big cough, there is a gurgling in my chest.

I think I may have been hit double with allergies and then got this thing. For the allergies, I have this 'nuclear' class weapon that totally rids it. I've been using it since a few days ago and it should've got me better by now. But a few days ago I noticed a shift in the consistency of what I've been coughing up. So I think I had allergy drainage, but now I've got this pulmonary thing going on. But my breathing does not seem effected.

I don't want to be sick anymore... It sucks. I want to go back to work...

Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick.

I'm siiiiii----iiiiiiiick. The dashes are because I've lost some of my voice. It is crackly. I feel horrible. I have had a fever since Saturday, at least. It has been up to 100.5 in the afternoons, but it seems to drop in morning and evening. I went to the doctor yesterday, he said I should measure temperature at the same time every day, at 8~9pm is best, and if I have a fever, don't come to work the next day. Last night it was 100.7, then I immediately remeasured it to be 100.9.

I hope it drops tonight, because I don't think it is good to have a fever for like 4 days.... But I guess it is good that it is not 105 (knock on wood).

Except for feeling crappy, achy, throat scratchy, and tired.... I have seen 8 of 10 star trek movies. Just Insurrection and Nemesis left. I watched Generations twice with once with and once without commentary. I think it has been driving my wife nuts to see so much star trek.

Does anyone see this?

Does anyone read this thing anymore?

.... I don't know....

Hey, Did anyone see this?

I saw this and thought it was serious at first, but it is really funny. I mean the feature is real, but they have made fun with it. Read all about Google's "e-flux capacitor." You know, they are one of the top innovative companies, so it should be no surprise that they have invented the "e-flux capacitor."
